Is it really unlimited?
Yes, It’s unlimited. Here’s how it works. You submit a ticket with what you need done. Our engineers will review it and full understand what you want done and they will do finish the task you assigned. Some tasks take longer due to complexity or other requests in queue. In any case we will have the task completed and back to you in 1 or 2 business days. once that is complete, you can submit a new ticket with a new task! How do I notify you that my site has been hacked?
You’ll know that your site has been hacked in multiple ways and it could be any one of these. If you experience any of these item, just open a support ticket and we’ll restore the site to a previous state.
- Site isnt loading at all
- Site is “extremely” slow.
- Site shows line(s) of code in the site once it loads

- there is banners or ads that you didnt place.
What if I have a large task?
We will notify you if this is a large task greater than 30 min of an engineers time. If it is longer than 30 min, you may need to break it down into a maximum of a 30 min task. To keep this beneficial for both parties at the rates we offer, each item is = 1 task.
What does Small Changes mean?
Small changes are any task that will take less than 30 min each. You can find a list of sample small tasks after contacting.

How do I notify you that my site is been hacked or is down?
In most cases, with our robust 24/7/365 monitoring, we will know prior to you knowing your site is down. In rare cases where we are not aware of the “site-down”, simply open up a chat request with our support team and we’ll dig into it and see what’s going on. If you install a new plugin or make any changes, please let us know so we know where to start looking.
